INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Fish
- 🐟 100g tuna sashimi
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🥬 1 lettuce leaf
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1g shredded nori
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 120ml water
Dressing
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
ÉTAPES
Heat the sauce ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, water) in a pot until just before boiling. Transfer to a heatproof container and chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
Shred the lettuce and cut the avocado into 1cm cubes.
Cut the tuna into small bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix avocado, tuna, green onion, sesame seeds, and dressing ingredients (soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, wasabi).
Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, rinse under cold water, and chill in ice water.
Plate the noodles, top with lettuce and the tuna-avocado mixture, pour the chilled sauce over, and garnish with shredded nori.
