- 250g all-purpose flour
- 7g baking powder
- 🍬 35g sugar
- 🧂 2g salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 90g butter
- 🥛 75g heavy cream
- 🥛 10g milk
Add-ins
- 🍪 8-10 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 🍫 20g dark chocolate, chopped
ÉTAPES
Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Add butter and cut it into the dry ingredients using a scraper.
Continue cutting until the butter pieces are pea-sized.
Mix in heavy cream and milk until combined.
Add crushed Oreo cookies and chopped dark chocolate, then form the dough into a single mass.
Divide the dough into desired portions and shape.
Place extra Oreo pieces on top of the dough for decoration, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Bake in an air fryer at 160°C (320°F) for 15 minutes.
