Fish
- 🐟 140g of horse mackerel fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 50g of chopped green onion
- 4 shiso leaves
Condiments
- 1 tsp of grated ginger
- 1 tbsp of miso
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp of salad oil
ÉTAPES
Chop the green onion and remove the stems from the shiso leaves.
Remove the central bones and skin from the horse mackerel fillets.
Finely chop the horse mackerel into 1cm pieces and mash it. Add green onion, grated ginger, and miso, then mash further. Divide into 4 portions, place each on a shiso leaf, fold, and flatten into a patty shape.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook until browned. Flip them, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for about 3 minutes until cooked through.
