ÉTAPES
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic in half, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add the octopus and bell peppers, then simmer over medium heat.
