ÉTAPES
Wash the amaebi heads and pat them dry. Heat a pot over medium heat and dry-roast the heads for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso into the soup.
Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
