INGRÉDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 100g all-purpose flour
- 🍫 7g cocoa powder
- 🧂 1g baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 65g softened butter
- 🥛 23g milk
Other Ingredients
- 🍬 45g sugar
- 🧂 1g salt
- 🌰 50g sliced almonds
ÉTAPES
Mix softened butter and sugar with a whisk until well combined.
Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into the mixture. Use a spatula to mix by cutting through the ingredients. Add milk and mix until combined.
Add sliced almonds and mix until evenly distributed.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and shape into a log. Alternatively, place the dough in a cylindrical mold and shake to form a uniform shape. Freeze until firm.
Slice the frozen dough into 5mm-7mm thick pieces.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Cool the cookies on a wire rack before serving.
