Anchovy Oil
- 🐟 4 anchovy fillets
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
Chop the anchovies finely and mash them into a paste.
Mix the anchovy paste, grated garlic, and olive oil in a bowl to create the anchovy oil.
Spread the anchovy oil evenly on the baguette slices. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until crispy.
