Pancake Batter
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 5g baking powder
- 🍬 80g sugar
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧈 30g butter
Apple Compote
- 🍎 2 apples, diced
- 🧈 50g butter
- 🍬 90g brown sugar
- 🌰 1.5 tsp cinnamon powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Sift the flour, baking powder, and sugar into a bowl.
Whisk the milk and egg together in a separate bowl.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Melt butter in a pan over low heat and add it to the batter.
Cook the pancakes on a clean, lightly greased pan over low heat.
To make the apple compote, melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat.
Add diced apples and cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
