ÉTAPES
Peel the cucumber with a peeler and slice it thinly. Slice the apple into thin strips and shred the crab sticks along their fibers.
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Crush the Brazil nuts and add them to the bowl. Add mayonnaise, plain yogurt, and oligosaccharide, then mix well.
