Cut the silken tofu into bite-sized pieces and trim the roots of the komatsuna. Slice the komatsuna into 3cm wide pieces.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.

In a frying pan, add all the broth ingredients (water, dashi powder, sake, mirin, soy sauce) and bring to a boil.

Add the tofu to the pan and push it to the edges. Place the komatsuna in the center and simmer over medium heat for about 2 minutes.

Add the clam meat and cook until heated through. Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the mixture, cover with a lid, and cook until the eggs are semi-set. Serve immediately.
