INGRÉDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti (1.6mm)
Seafood
- 1 can (130g) canned clams in water
Vegetables
- 🧅 4 stalks green onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Liquid
- 50cc pasta cooking water
ÉTAPES
Chop green onion into small pieces. Mince garlic after removing the core.
Heat salad oil, garlic, and chili flakes in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add canned clams with their liquid and simmer over medium heat.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions. Reserve 50cc of pasta water and drain the spaghetti.
Add spaghetti and reserved pasta water to the frying pan. Stir-fry over medium heat, season with salt and pepper, and adjust taste. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
