- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of grated ginger

- 1 can clams (100–150g)

- 🍚 1 bowl (150g) cooked rice
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally into thin pieces.
In a pot, combine sake, water, dashi powder, mirin, soy sauce, and ginger paste. Bring to a boil.
Add the sliced green onion and drained clams from the can into the pot. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
Pour the beaten egg into the pot and cook until semi-set. Turn off the heat.
Serve the mixture over warm rice in a bowl.
