Noodles
- 🍜 360g frozen udon noodles
Meat
- 🐖 160g sliced pork
Seafood
- 🦪 55g canned clams in water
Vegetables
- 🥬 190g cabbage (2 leaves)
- 🥕 50g carrot (1/3 piece)
- 80g komatsuna (1/4 bunch)
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms (1/2 pack)
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 💧 500ml water
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Prepare all vegetables by washing and chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the pork until lightly browned.
Add the chopped vegetables and shimeji mushrooms to the pot and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Pour in water and bring to a boil. Add the canned clams and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the frozen udon noodles and cook according to package instructions.
Season the soup with grated ginger and soy sauce. Stir well and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot in bowls and enjoy your nutritious Asari Ginger Udon.
