- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water

Cut the mitsuba into bite-sized pieces, removing the roots.

Place the clams and all seasoning ingredients (☆) into a pot. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer for about 3 minutes until the clam shells open.

Add the mitsuba to the pot, warm briefly, and serve in a bowl.
