Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Seafood
- 🦪 150g clams (pre-soaked)
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 mushrooms, sliced
- 🌿 1 sprig parsley, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 🧀 Grated cheese to taste
ÉTAPES
Wash the clams thoroughly by scrubbing them.
Rinse the cooked rice with water and drain well.
Slice the mushrooms and garlic thinly. Mince the parsley.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant.
Add mushrooms and clams, stir-fry over medium heat until coated with oil. Add sake, cover, and steam for 3 minutes until clams open.
Add rice and canned tomatoes, gently mix to combine and heat through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a plate and garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
