- 1 bag ashitaba
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna
ÉTAPES
Separate ashitaba stems and leaves. Cut leaves into 4cm pieces. Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook stems for 30 seconds. Add leaves and cook for 1 minute. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water. Drain well.
In a bowl, combine ashitaba, onion, canned tuna, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
