    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut the tomato into halves, remove the stem, and slice into 1cm pieces. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove seeds and stem from the bell pepper and slice into 5mm strips. Chop cilantro into 3cm pieces.
