INGRÉDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 80g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 asparagus spear
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
White Sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥛 150ml milk
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus and slice it diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Boil water in a pot, add the spaghetti, and cook according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add salted butter and all-purpose flour. Microwave at 600W for 30 seconds without covering, then mix well.
Gradually add milk in three portions, mixing well after each addition.
Add consomme, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir well.
Add the asparagus and bacon to the sauce.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Remove, stir, cover loosely again, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir well.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and mix well.
