- 4 spring roll wrappers

- 🥓 12 slices of bacon

- 🌱 4 asparagus spears

- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Trim 2 cm from the tough ends of the asparagus and peel the lower part with a peeler.
Place one spring roll wrapper on a flat surface, lay 3 slices of bacon vertically, and sprinkle with black pepper.
Place one asparagus spear horizontally at the bottom of the wrapper and roll it tightly towards the top. Seal the edge with a mixture of flour and water, then cut into three equal pieces. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the rolls and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
