- 🌱 1 bunch (5 stalks) asparagus
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 🍅 1 tomato
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grain mustard
ÉTAPES
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus and cut diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Cut the bell pepper into chunks. Halve the tomato, remove the stem, cut into 8 wedges, and then halve each wedge diagonally.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add asparagus and bell pepper, and sauté for about 1 minute.
Add tomato, soy sauce, and grain mustard, and quickly stir-fry to combine.
