- 🌭 2 sausages (40g)
Vegetables
- 🌱 3 asparagus spears (60g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), sliced
Dairy
- 🥛 300ml milk
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and peel the lower half with a peeler. Slice diagonally into 1cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion.
Slice the sausages diagonally into 1cm pieces.
In a pot, combine onion, sausage, and seasoning ingredients (☆). Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add asparagus and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until cooked.
Add milk and heat over medium heat until warmed through.
