- 2 tbsp dried shirasu

- 5 stalks (100g) asparagus
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp aonori (green seaweed powder)
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Trim the bottom of the asparagus, peel the lower half with a peeler, and cut into diagonal slices about 7mm thick. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (vinegar, sesame oil, chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper). Add the asparagus, dried shirasu, white sesame seeds, and aonori, then toss to combine.
