- 🌱 4 asparagus spears
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Meat Mixture
- 🍗 200g ground chicken
- 🧅 15cm minced green onion
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus spears and cut them in half. Mince the green onion.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, minced green onion, grated ginger, soy sauce, black pepper, and potato starch until sticky.
Coat your hands with salad oil, take 1/8 of the mixture, and wrap it around an asparagus piece. Repeat to make 8 pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the tsukune in the pan and cook until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
Wipe off excess moisture, add sake, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar. Simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the tsukune.
