- 🌱 6 stalks asparagus (150g)
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 🧄 1/4 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Trim the ends of the asparagus, peel the lower half with a peeler, and cut into diagonal 3cm pieces.
Place the asparagus in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Mix the asparagus with the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, chicken broth powder, ground sesame, garlic paste, sesame oil).
