INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 1 piece atsuage
- 1 piece mentaiko
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
- suitable amount of nori
☆Negi Cheese
- 15cm negi
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧂 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the negi diagonally into thin pieces.
Make a cut in the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Cut the atsuage leaving a 1cm border and scoop out the inside with a spoon.
Chop the scooped-out atsuage roughly.
In a bowl, combine half of the mentaiko, chopped atsuage, and all ☆ ingredients.
Fill the atsuage shell with the mixture and top with pizza cheese.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve on a plate and top with the remaining mentaiko and nori.
