- 400g pork shoulder block
Eggs
- 🥚 4 eggs
Vegetables
- 1 stalk green onion (green part)
- 1 slice ginger
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 200cc water
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
ÉTAPES
Rub salt evenly over the pork shoulder block.
Slice ginger thinly with skin on and crush garlic after removing the core.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sear the pork until browned on all sides. Remove excess fat, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover with parchment paper, and simmer for 40 minutes.
Boil eggs for 7 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
Turn off the heat, flip the pork, add boiled eggs, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Slice the pork and eggs, plate them, and drizzle with reduced sauce.
