Noodles
- 🍜 1 serving Chinese noodles
Meat
- 🍗 80g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 minced shiitake mushroom
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 clove minced ginger
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 💧 400ml water
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water for cornstarch
- Chili oil, as needed
ÉTAPES
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and ginger.
Add ground chicken, minced shiitake mushroom, and doubanjiang. Stir-fry over high heat.
Add oyster sauce, sake, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, salt, and water. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pan to thicken the soup. Stir in vinegar and remove from heat.
Cook Chinese noodles according to package instructions, place in a bowl, and pour the soup over.
Garnish with chopped green onion and drizzle chili oil to taste.
