INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 1 slice (80g) salmon
- 🥬 3cm (90g) daikon
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
- 1/4 burdock (45g)
- 💧 500cc water
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
ÉTAPES
Cut daikon and carrot into thin quarter slices. Thinly shave burdock root and soak in water for 3 minutes, then drain.
Cut salmon into 4 pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
In a pot, add water, dashi powder, daikon, carrot, and burdock. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add salmon to the pot and cook for 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Dissolve miso into the soup and bring to a gentle boil.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
