INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥑 1 avocado (250g)
- 🐟 100g salmon
- 🧀 60g cream cheese
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and peel, then dice into 1.5cm cubes. Cut the cream cheese into 2cm cubes.
Dice the salmon into 2cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix all the seasonings (ponzu sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds). Add the avocado, cream cheese, and salmon, then toss gently.
Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
