- 🦐 8 peeled shrimp (80g)
Egg
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g)

- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Boil the shrimp until cooked and set aside to cool.
Peel and dice the boiled egg and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
Dice the red bell pepper into small cubes.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, grated garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create the Aurora sauce.
Combine the shrimp, egg, avocado, and red bell pepper in a serving bowl. Drizzle the Aurora sauce over the ingredients and gently toss.
