INGRÉDIENTS
Seafood
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade tuna
Vegetables
- 🥑 3 avocados
- 🥒 2 cucumbers
- 300g daikon radish
Condiments
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi
Others
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- Crackers as needed
ÉTAPES
Remove the pits and skins from the avocados. Mash 2 avocados in a bowl with a fork, and slice the remaining avocado into 1cm-wide pieces.
Trim the ends of the cucumbers and cut them into long stick shapes. Peel the daikon radish and cut it into similar stick shapes.
Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the mashed avocado with mayonnaise and black pepper in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce and wasabi. Add the sliced avocado and tuna, and toss gently to coat.
Arrange the avocado and tuna mixture, stick vegetables, mashed avocado mixture, and crackers on a serving plate. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
