- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil, as needed

Cheese Cream
- 80g cream cheese
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Mix cream cheese, grated garlic, and pepper in a bowl.
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and fill the cavity with the cheese mixture. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
Coat the avocado pieces with flour, dip in beaten egg, and cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C and fry the coated avocado pieces until golden brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to serve.
