Main Ingredients
- 🐟 100g smoked salmon
- 5g powdered gelatin
- 💧 3 tbsp water
☆ Ingredients
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 1 piece (100g) hanpen
- 🦀 5 crab sticks
- 🧀 100g cream cheese
- 🥛 100cc heavy cream
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Soak powdered gelatin in water and heat in a 600W microwave for 20 seconds to dissolve.
Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces after removing the pit and skin. Cut the hanpen into bite-sized pieces as well.
Place all ☆ ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the gelatin mixture to the blended ingredients and mix lightly.
Line a container with plastic wrap and layer smoked salmon on the bottom. Pour the mixture from step 4 into the container.
Wrap the mixture with the salmon, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 4 hours until set. Slice before serving.
