- 🥑 1 avocado
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Dengaku Miso Sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Trim the bottom slightly to make it stable.
Make light cuts along the edge of the skin and score the flesh in a grid pattern.
In a saucepan, combine the Dengaku Miso Sauce ingredients and cook over low heat for about 2 minutes while stirring.
Spread the Dengaku Miso Sauce over the surface of the avocado halves. Top evenly with pizza cheese and bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
