Sauce

ÉTAPES
Combine water, soy sauce, mirin, corn syrup, and ginger powder in a pan. Heat briefly to create the sauce. Avoid overcooking.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, peel, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Fry the egg sunny-side up, keeping the yolk slightly runny.
Place cooked rice in a bowl, top with the fried egg, avocado slices, and seaweed flakes.
