Protein
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🍅 1/2 tomato
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Peel and dice the avocado into 1cm cubes. Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Mix the ingredients for the sweet vinegar sauce in a bowl (sake, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and cook until browned. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the sweet vinegar sauce to the pan and stir until the liquid reduces and coats the chicken. Serve on a plate and top with avocado and tomato.
