INGRÉDIENTS

- 1 medium radish, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Julienne the radish into thin strips.
Add a small amount of water to a pan and stir-fry the radish until it turns translucent.
Add minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and perilla seed powder to the pan. Continue stir-frying.
Once well stir-fried, remove from heat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
