INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 medium new potato (50g)
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves (190g)
Meat
- 🥓 1 slice bacon
Seasoning
- 2 tsp miso
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 2 tsp salad oil
Liquid
- 💧 250ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the new potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Drain the water. Cut the cabbage into edible-sized pieces.
Cut the bacon into 2cm wide strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat and sauté the bacon until browned.
Add the potato and sauté until the surface becomes translucent. Add water, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium heat for about 8 minutes until the potato softens.
Add the cabbage and simmer for about 2 minutes until softened. Dissolve miso into the soup, then add dashi granules and salted butter. Mix well.
