INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥔 300g potatoes, julienned
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
Canned Goods
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
Condiments
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Cheese
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
- Pinch of chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Cut potatoes into 7mm sticks and soak in water. Drain. Separate shimeji mushrooms by hand.
Slice bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add bacon, potatoes, and mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms soften. Add canned tomatoes, water, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 4–5 minutes.
Transfer mixture to heatproof dishes. Top evenly with shredded cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for 5–8 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
