- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🧀 2 tbsp shredded pizza cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

ÉTAPES
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until both sides are browned. Crack an egg on top of the bacon and cook until the egg white is set. Season with salt and pepper.
Place cooked rice in a bowl and top with shredded pizza cheese. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 20 seconds until the cheese melts.
Top the rice and cheese with the bacon and egg. Drizzle soy sauce over the dish before serving.
