- 🍅 1 tomato

Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- a pinch of dried basil
- 🧀 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
ÉTAPES
Slice the eggplant thinly lengthwise and dice the onion, mushroom, and tomato.
Sprinkle salt on the eggplant slices to soften them.
Roll the softened eggplant slices with bacon.
Pan-fry the bacon rolls briefly for added flavor.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion, mushroom, and tomato in sequence.
Add the sauce ingredients to the pan and stir well.
Place the sautéed mixture in an oven-safe dish and arrange the bacon rolls on top.
