INGRÉDIENTS
Bread Dough
- 150g strong flour
- 30g weak flour
- 2/3 tsp dry yeast
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧈 5g unsalted butter
- 💧 110ml water
Filling

ÉTAPES
Mix strong flour, weak flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt, butter, and water in a bowl. Knead until smooth. Shape into a ball, place seam-side down in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 30 minutes until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into two portions, shape into balls, and let rest for 10 minutes under plastic wrap.
Roll each ball into a rectangle (8cm x 25cm). Place bacon slices on top and roll tightly from one end to the other, pinching the seam to seal.
Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut slits every 2cm diagonally using kitchen scissors and tilt each section alternately. Cover with plastic wrap and a damp cloth, and let rest for 20 minutes. Dust with strong flour and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
