INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 8 button mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
Meat
- 🥓 4 strips of bacon, chopped
Condiments
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 1/4 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 A dash of ground pepper
- 3-4 drops sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Peel and slice button mushrooms into thick slices (0.3cm).
Chop bacon into 2cm pieces. Slice onion, bell peppers, and green onion thinly.
Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté green onion, minced garlic, and bacon.
Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, and mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry until mushrooms soften.
Add bell peppers and stir-fry briefly until slightly softened.
Finish with sesame oil and ground pepper. Serve over rice.
