Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Protein
- 🥓 3 strips of bacon, chopped
- 🍤 10 frozen shrimp, thawed and peeled
Dairy
- 🥛 190ml milk
- 🧀 75g mozzarella cheese

- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Thaw the frozen shrimp in cold water for 10 minutes, then remove the tails.
Slice 1/2 onion thinly.
Chop 3 strips of bacon into equal pieces.
Heat a pan on low heat and add a swirl of cooking oil.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and sauté until softened.
Add the chopped bacon to the pan and cook together with the onion.
Add the thawed and peeled shrimp to the pan.
Season with 1 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.
Cook until the shrimp change color.
Pour in 190ml of milk and bring to a gentle boil.
Add 1 bowl of cooked rice to the pan.
Mix in 75g of mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
Stir until the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency.
