Seasoning
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp corn syrup
ÉTAPES
Rinse the bean sprouts under running water gently and drain them in a colander.
Slice the green chili and green onion thinly. Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and corn syrup in a bowl to prepare the stir-fry sauce.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and add the bacon.
