- 🥓 2 strips bacon
- 🧅 1 handful chopped onion
- 1 tsp chopped chili
- 🧄 A small amount of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧀 Generous amount of mozzarella cheese
- 🌿 A small amount of parsley flakes
Seasoning
- 🍅 Generous amount of tomato sauce
- 🧂 To taste salt
- To taste black pepper
ÉTAPES
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add chopped onion and cook until slightly translucent.
Add chopped chili and bacon, cooking until bacon is well-done. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked rice and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Pour in tomato sauce generously and mix well.
Transfer to an oven-safe dish, top with mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle parsley flakes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 13 minutes or until cheese melts.
