- 🍚 4 bowls cooked rice (600g)
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 40g cream cheese
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Herbs
- 🌿 3g parsley, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Chop parsley finely and cut cream cheese into halves.
In a bowl, mix cooked rice, parsley, and salt and pepper. Divide into 4 portions.
Place rice on plastic wrap, create a hollow in the center, and wrap cream cheese inside. Shape into a log and wrap with bacon.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Place the rice balls seam-side down and cook over medium heat, turning occasionally until browned evenly.
