- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 4 perilla leaves

- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic

- 🥚 1 fried egg
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- A small amount of seaweed flakes
ÉTAPES
Chop the carrot, green onion, and perilla leaves finely.
Prepare a fried egg in advance.
Mix 2 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp mirin, and 2 tbsp minced garlic to make the sauce.
Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chopped vegetables.
Add the cooked rice and sauce to the pan, mixing well.
Add the blanched bean sprouts and stir-fry everything together.
Add the chopped perilla leaves and stir-fry briefly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and stir-fry to finish.
Top with the fried egg and seaweed flakes before serving.
