- 210g fish cake, sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, cut into 8 pieces
- 🧄 6 cloves garlic, minced
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- A small amount of green onion
- A small amount of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the carrot and cut the onion into 8 pieces.
Mince the garlic and slice the fish cake into long strips.
Prepare the sauce by mixing sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat.
Add minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the fish cake to the pan and stir-fry.
Add the sliced onion and carrot, and continue stir-frying.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Add green onion and sesame seeds, stir briefly, and turn off the heat.
