INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 3 small crab sticks
- 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/3 onion
- 1/2 green onion
- 🥕 1 handful of carrot
- 1 handful of ham
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 0.5 tsp salt
- 💧 5 cups water
- to taste ground pepper
- 1–2 drops sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients by cutting them into similar lengths. Slice carrot, onion, and ham into strips, cut king oyster mushrooms in half and slice them, and chop green onion finely.
Heat 4 tbsp of cooking oil in a pot and sauté the green onion to make green onion oil.
Add ham to the pot and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add king oyster mushrooms, onion, and carrot to the pot and stir-fry together.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp oyster sauce to the pot and mix well.
Pour in 5 cups (1000ml) of water and adjust the amount based on the ingredients.
Taste the soup and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Add shredded crab sticks to the pot and bring to a boil.
Mix 1 tbsp starch with 1 tbsp water to make a slurry and gradually add it to the soup to thicken.
Beat 2 eggs and pour them around the edges of the pot while stirring gently.
Finish by adding 1–2 drops of sesame oil and ground pepper to taste.
